Romans 12:2

Renew Your Mind

The enemy speaks. So does God.

Name the thought that keeps coming at you — the temptation, the fear, the lie you keep hearing — and find out what is written against it.

What I keep struggling with or hearing in my head —

Renew Your Mind

Here is what is written.

"Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is — his good, pleasing and perfect will."

Romans 12:2

Speak these out loud. When Satan came at Jesus, He didn't argue. He said "It is written" — three times, out loud. That's the model. (Matthew 4:4, Proverbs 18:21)

Believe them. Take every thought captive (2 Cor 10:5). The Word is a seed — it doesn't just inform, it takes root. Plant it repeatedly.

Live them out. Transformation follows the renewed mind (Romans 12:2, James 1:22). Knowing the truth and agreeing with it are different things.

The lie underneath this

Say this now

Say these today. And tomorrow. The renewed mind is a practice, not a moment.
